SUMMARY:2024 Clinton Halloween Walk Sponsorship
DESCRIPTION:SOLD OUT \n\n\n\nEach year\, the Town of Clinton\, in coordination with volunteers of the Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce (formally Discover Clinton)\, hosts the Annual Halloween Walk. Each year the event grows in attendance. Last year\, there were an estimated 5\,000 people in a 3 hour time frame on High Street. Businesses on High Street\, and welcomed from elsewhere\, set up tables handing out candy to the thousands of attendees. As you can imagine\, this costs the businesses hundreds of dollars to supply that many attendees with candy. On average\, a business will spend $600 on candy for the night. In years past\, we have collected candy donations from residents which were redistributed to the businesses to help offset their cost. However\, we have come to the decision that in lieu of asking for candy donations we will be asking for Sponsors for the Annual Halloween Walk. With your donation\, The Fountain Confections will purchase the candy from their wholesale supplier at a discounted rate\, hopefully being able to offset more of a larger cost for the participating businesses. In exchange for your Sponsorship\, we will be giving away foam glow stick wands to light up the night with the names of the Gold Sponsors listed on them. This is not only a great way to give back to our community but also to get your business name out there to THOUSANDS of families of Clinton and surrounding towns
