DESCRIPTION:Have you ever struggled with creating a scope of work for a client?\n\nWhat about struggling with "scope creep?"  What do you do when a client asks for something that is not in the agreement?\n\nThis workshop will help you write scopes of work and also review strategies for dealing with "scope creep."  We will look at exemplar scopes of work\, practice writing scopes of work\, discuss scope creep\, and discuss strategies for dealing with scope creep.  There will also be time in small groups for role playing or discussing scenarios.  Finally\, we will provide space and time for Q&A.  \n\nOur instructor will be Elana Feinberg. Elena has over 15 years of experience in education and currently works as a consultant focusing on designing and redesigning schools in order to prepare all students to succeed in a global workplace.
