DESCRIPTION:As some of you may know\, I have my own radio and TV show="WellnessWave Radio\, LLC.\n\nI was approached to give a seminar to "The Retired Friends Club of Greendale"\, formally known as The Retired Men's Club of Greendale.\n\nThis is a large very well-run group out of The Greendale Y in Worcester.\n\nAll are welcome and you don't need to be a member.\n\nAs with all my seminars I run it like a game show and give out prizes.\n\nI encourage audience participation.\n\nBottom line=this will not be a boring lecture.\n\nIf you're 18 or 80\, I guarantee you will get something useful out of this and also guarantee it will be a lot of fun.\n\nSeminar starts at 9am but they open at 8am and have free coffee.
