Nearly 75% of people struggling with SUD have active employment. This places strain on HR and EAP's. We will offer solutions to the isolation with the pandemic and promoting self-care of their employees.\n\n \n\nIn addition the presentation will cover new statistics and how to improve productivity and increase available resources to struggling employees.\n\n \n\nMany HR departments are seeing an increase of mental health/substance abuse in the workplace.
