The epidemic of active attacks on businesses\, schools and houses of worship continues to rage across our nation. This session is designed to equip HR leaders with a better understanding of workplace violence\, its various forms\, underlying causes\, and effective preventive measures. We will also share ways to build a successful response program\, including aftermath and business continuity. \n\n \n\nPreparation starts with recognizing a potential threat\, evaluating the situation\, and having the knowledge and skillset to act. Having a plan in place empowers your staff to recognize the warning signs of a threat/risk and respond if a true threat presents itself.
