Do you want to have more influence in a way that aligns with your values and good intentions? In this session\, we'll explore practical strategies for delivering impactful feedback while maintaining your integrity. Learn the skills to communicate effectively with peers and higher-ups\, and discover how to increase your influence in the workplace with confidence and clarity. Empower yourself to lead conversations that drive positive change and foster trust.\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Megan:\n\nAs a leadership coach\, I develop compassionate leaders by upgrading their operating system to bring forward their authentic leadership style. Because when we operate from our strengths and empathy\, we drive limitless innovation and contribution. Creating brave spaces is my superpower and over the past 20 years I have managed high performing teams by beginning with trust and empathy. I have a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and a MBA from Georgetown University. I am a certified Lightyear Leadership coach and certified in Enneagram for Personality Types.
