Welcome to the City

This recognition is given to BIPOC individuals who have moved to Worcester/ Worcester County within the past 2 years. These individuals are contributing to their field, employer and or community since moving here.

2025 Emerging Leader

The Emerging Community Leader Award recognizes members in the business and/or community who have already made a significant contribution in their professional field and communities and have demonstrated the potential for leadership and continuing service.

 2025 Non-Profit Community Resilience Award

This Award was created to recognize the impact of an organization that takes extraordinary measures to support in the relief, recovery, and rebuilding of our most vulnerable community members.

2025 Community Leader Award

This awards recognize Central Massachusetts business and/or community leaders that have successfully demonstrated leadership qualities with distinction in their careers or commitment to support OUR community.

All names need to be submitted by August 22nd

DPR is a professional program of the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce committed to the development of professional and personal relationships among senior leaders of racial and ethnic diversity in Central Massachusetts.

The Roundtable serves as a resource for the vibrant business, educational and civic community of Central Massachusetts on diversity related issues critical to building inclusive organizations and peaceful communities.

Through roundtable discussions and planned events targeted to advancing diversity and encouraging underrepresented emerging professionals, DPR members grow and expand their influence and make a positive impact on the Worcester Community.
