Join Samantha McDonald, an attorney at Bowditch, as she sits down with Tiffany Lillie, CEO/Executive Director of Girls Inc. of Worcester, to talk about the changes to Girls Inc. that have been implemented over the last few years. Changes were made at every level, from day-to-day programming to the board level, the team diversified funding streams to balance the budget, and changed the geographic reach of Girls Inc. Tiffany will share the concrete steps that her team took to analyze the needs of the target population served, how Girls Inc. was going about filling those needs (or not), and how they generated acceptance and excitement about the changes for long-term sustainability.
