Workplaces for Inclusion Certificate Program
The Workplaces for Inclusion Certificate Program is a real-world, interactive learning experience designed for leaders and practitioners navigating inclusion work in today’s complex and highly scrutinized environment. Developed by Global View Communications, the program is intentionally structured around what organizations can do now, not theory or aspirational frameworks that are disconnected from the current day-to-day realities.
Across two segments of five focused topics each, participants will build skills they can immediately use in decision-making, workforce strategy, recruitment, communications, and culture. All learnings are grounded in today’s legal, political, and organizational context.
Intended Audiences
This certificate program is designed for inclusion allies and those interested in inclusion. Participants will include executives, people leaders, HR and communications professionals, and practitioners who need to evolve their thinking amid the current environment of heightened scrutiny around inclusion.
