Steve leads our Worcester office and draws upon a talented group of transportation engineers, planners,and public outreach specialists to assist clients with realizing their visions. Just prior to joining Howard Stein Hudson, Steve was the DPW Director for the Town of Spencer for over seven years and is, therefore, very familiar with the challenges that municipalities face and how to resolve them.
Steve’s engineering, permitting, and leadership experience in both the public and private sectors provide a unique perspective on the merits and challenges facing transportation, infrastructure, and development projects of all types. Steve is aware of the challenges that municipalities face with maintaining existing infrastructure, as well planning and preparing for future growth and economic development.
