Dr. Robin Frkal is an Associate Professor in the HR Management program and Director of the Master’s in Organizational Leadership at Nichols College. She earned her Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University. She has over 18 years of leadership experience in the insurance industry where she excelled in leading high-performance teams through a variety of organizational changes. Her current research interests include women’s leadership development and coaching in graduate education programs. She has presented and published on these topics.
