Benjamin Wendorf joined The Research Bureau in the spring of 2016. His primary responsibilities include research and analysis of public policy issues impacting the region, crafting graphics and mapping visualizations of key data points, and writing briefs and reports on topics of significance.
Benjamin earned bachelor’s degrees in history and English from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and a master’s degree in history from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is currently completing his doctorate in African & African Diaspora Studies at UW-Milwaukee. Prior to The Research Bureau, Benjamin was a lecturer in UW-Milwaukee’s Department of Africology and Brandeis University’s Department of African and Afro-American Studies, teaching courses in African and African-American history. He has also worked as a freelance writer, focused on National Hockey League analytics, with publications in The Hockey News and Chicago Tribune.
