Turin is Italy’s fourth largest city, though it is still largely under-visited compared to other Italian cities. This leaves room for the discovery of some unexpected culinary treasures.
Turin is surrounded by the Alps and tucked away in the country’s northwest corner. The foods grown and crafted there are still grounded in what’s fresh and seasonal. Foods unique to the region like rice, alpine cheeses, hazelnuts, and truffles, both black and white feature prominently on local menus.
Chef Rico is excited to dive into this lesser-known culinary corner of Italy and share his own take on this unique city in the Piedmont region. This event is $59 per person with wine pairings, or $49 without. Tax and gratuity are not included.
