Pizza has taken on an epicurean life and the varieties and places to enjoy it are endless. Chef Rico is no stranger to pizza. Founder of the original Enrico’s Brick-Oven Pizza, chef Rico has a love and history of great pizza making that is well known throughout the area.
In addition to pizza making, this Cooking with Rico evening will also feature a demonstration of the techniques used to make fresh pasta. Once you discover how easy it is to combine the simple ingredients for fresh pasta—and taste the difference—you’ll be leaving the boxed pasta on the shelf.
So join us for the next Cooking with Rico where you will learn some of Rico’s trade secrets and discover just how simple and rewarding making great pizza and fresh pasta can be.
