Description

The local Society of St. Vincent de Paul-Fiskdale, an international non profit organization that helps those living in poverty, will host a walk of up to 2 miles to assist neighbors in local communities with food, clothing, utilities, and housing-related requests on Sunday, October 20, 2024, 2-4pm on the grounds of St. Anne St. Patrick Parish, 16 Church Street, Fiskdale, MA. Walkers are encouraged to make a personal donation and collect pledges from supporters. All online pledges go directly to the SVdP Council or Conference chosen by the walker. Asking for pledges is a great way to spread awareness of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul’s mission and values! 

Come and participate in the Friends of the Poor Walk, a heartfelt community event dedicated to aiding those facing economic struggles. Walk alongside us as we raise awareness and funds to support individuals and families in need. Together, we can make a meaningful difference through solidarity and compassion.
