Beth Garvin is an independent consultant, founder and principal of Beth Garvin Consulting. Founded in 2010, her consulting firm specializes in leadership and consulting for organizations in transition to help them achieve fundraising goals, assess and strengthen operations and communications, and assist in leadership transition. Beth has over 30 years of experience in development and alumni relations and has received recognition for her ability to strengthen organizations amid change. Her work focuses on aligning her clients’ organizations to maximize fundraising, create substantive engagement opportunities for donors and friends, and leverage marketing and communications.

Peter Martin, an attorney at Bowditch, counsels tax-exempt organizations on governance, compliance and exemption issues, leveraging his years of experience and depth of subject matter knowledge. Clients know that Peter appreciates value and efficiency. Before joining Bowditch, Peter was Operations Counsel for Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corporation, representing hospitals and other Columbia providers in New England, Ohio, North Carolina and portions of Florida. He was also Lead Attorney in the Health Law Practice Group at a Boston law firm, as well as Legal Counsel at MetroWest Medical Center.
